DODGE CITY, Kansas — The Cloud County Community College men's soccer team won a roller coaster of a game on Wednesday to grind out a 4-2 road win over Dodge City Community College.

Cloud County (8-4 overall, 7-1 KJCCC) scored the first two goals of the game, courtesy of scores from sophomore midfielder Feliphe Pasetto de Souza and freshman forward Jean-Pierre Dasylva just 10 minutes apart from each other.

Dodge City (8-3-1 overall, 5-2-1 KJCCC) would answer back with two scores of its own before the first-half horn, though, to send the teams into the break deadlocked at 2-2.

The T-Birds responded well in the second half, though, as they jumped back into the lead in the 50th minute on Dasylva's second goal of the game, assisted by Leonardo Velazco.

With the two goals, Dasylva increased his team lead to seven goals on the season.

Cloud County received the backbreaker from sophomore captain Baptiste Bissessur as the midfielder buried his third goal of the season to provide the T-Birds with a 4-2 lead midway through the half.

That would be all the support sophomore goalkeeper Charles Albuquerque would need as he finished with four saves and improved to 8-3 between the posts this season.

Cloud County will look to extend its win streak to three this Saturday when it goes on the road to face Pratt Community College. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m.
